A fun thing about playing music in the twenty-first century is the wide variety of mediums through which you’re able to promote what you’re doing. In January, 2023, my band was booked for an exciting show with two other bands: Bridal Veil and Creature Party. We thought it would be fun to go all-out on promoting a show, particularly one right after New Year’s celebrations, so I designed a poster, social media imagery, and an animated video.

The inspiration for the image was A Winter Scene, by Eric De Kolb, to which, I added the color, animation, music, and more. Overall, it was a challenging by delightful project I’m very proud of having worked on.
